Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy for Orders:

  • Ordered Mello Strips are custom-made, so please allow 7-14 days for processing and delivery.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Items ordered can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition, with packaging intact.
  • For items that arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery — we’ll arrange a full refund or replacement.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged on arrival
