• Pre-ordered Mello Strips are custom-made, so please allow 6–8 weeks for processing and delivery.
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.
• This extended timeframe applies only during the pre-order phase.

Return & Refund Policy

• Pre-ordered items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
• For items that arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery — we’ll arrange a full refund or replacement.
